What is the cost of a Vastu harmonization?
An estimate is established based on several factors :
- The surface area of the dwelling (or business premises);
- The complexity of the work to be carried out;
- The required equipment and any transport expenses.
For a typical home of around 100 to 120m2, the cost is between 1000 and 1200 euros.
For a small apartment, between 650 and 800 euros.
For a medium-sized house with a plot of land, between 1,500 and 2,000 euros.
A large property with land: over 3,000 euros.
These very general indications just provide a rough estimate.
The price per square meter is degressive on large properties and very large industrial or commercial spaces.
How to establish a quote?
The information to provide regarding the location is :
- The address, including the cadastral parcel (if plot)
- A floor plan (or freehand sketch) of the house, with the indication of North
- The surface area in m2

What is the process of a Vastu intervention?
Following the approval of the estimate, a preliminary study is carried out based on the plans, outlining an intervention strategy. Following this, an on-site visit is scheduled for harmonization, involving the installation of small and non-intrusive Vastu-specific materials such as marbles, copper elements, and mandalas.
The intervention can last for a few hours, a full day, or even longer for larger projects.
Can the place be harmonized remotely?
In Vastu, we work with tangible elements (such as homes or business premises) using tangible methods. It’s a concrete process that requires on-site presence to strategically place Vastu-specific materials at precise locations.
How long does the effect of Vastu last? Is it necessary to request a new intervention after a certain period of time?
One significant advantage of Vastu is the enduring nature of the corrections made to the living space. Unlike some other disciplines, these corrections are stable and not influenced by seasons or year-to-year changes. They represent structural actions, referred to as primary corrections, impacting the foundational energy as long as the Vastu-specific materials remain in place.
We have observed a vibrational frequency that has remained unchanged and very high, even after 12 years of intervention!
However, be cautious: if you make structural changes to your living space one day, the energetic balance will be affected. Poorly positioned extensions or pools can significantly drain the energy of a house. In such cases, additional intervention will be required.
